Rain, Rain… You didn't scare e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e away! This year hit a massive record low for the number of trick-or-treaters we've had in Nebo but it sure didn't scare them all away. Check out these adorable kids who braved the weather to trick-or-treat anyway! Aren't they absolutely adorable!!!
